China Motion Telecom (HK) Limited is a fully owned subsidiary of China Motion Telecom International (‘the Group’). Office of the Telecommunications Authority (OFTA) of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region granted China Motion the Mobile Virtual Network Operator license in 2001 when China Motion Telecom formally became a Mobile Virtual Network Operator (MVNO).

CM Concept, the shop brand of China Motion, is an extensive retail network chain store which covers a large area in Hong Kong and Southern China. The chain helps China Motion Telecom establish an advantageous position in distributing telecom products and services to customers in Greater China. In addition, it also provides an excellent protection of the retail channel for China Motion MVNO terminal service.
